Process
To mould your own custom designed memory stick is relatively simple – outlined below is the simple process:
We send photographs or technical drawings of your product or request to our factory – we try include all Pantone colours and logo’s to make the design process as simple as possible.
The factory submits 3D schematic drawings to us usually within 2-3 working days – you then approve or ask for changes to be made.
When you are totally satisfied then we approve the schematic drawing.
Within 3-5 days the factory then proceeds to make the mould and produces a pre-production sample which is photographed by the factory and forwarded to us on email for approval.
You approve this sample.
Production then commences and usually takes 7-10 days on quantities less than 3000 units.
Total turn-around-time from placement of order to receipt by you about 15-21 days.
